Who is responsible
The data controller is [your full legal name or business name], [postal address]. For any privacy question or request, write to [contact email].
What we collect
- When you browse without an account: a random identifier stored in your browser, used to remember which games you opened. It is not linked to your identity.
- When you sign in with Whop: your Whop user ID and the name or username on your Whop profile. Whop also shares your email address with the sign-in; we do not store it in our database.
- Your plan: which plan you have and its status, read from Whop. Card and payment details are handled by Whop; we never see them.
- Your usage: which games you opened and on which day, for your history and the Starter plan's daily limit.
- Technical logs: error and request logs kept by our providers to run and secure the Service.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not sell your data.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To provide the Service you signed up for: your account, your plan and your history (performance of a contract).
- To take payments and keep billing records, through Whop (performance of a contract and legal obligations).
- To keep the Service secure and working (our legitimate interest).
Who processes it for us
- Whop, Inc. (United States): sign-in, payments and subscriptions.
- Convex, Inc. (United States): our database and backend.
- Vercel Inc. (United States): hosts the website.
Analyses are written by an AI model (accessed through OpenRouter) from game statistics supplied by API-Sports. Neither receives any personal data. Where data is transferred outside the European Union, it is protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
Account data and history are kept while you use the Service and deleted [retention period, e.g. 12 months] after your last visit, or sooner if you ask us. Billing records are kept by Whop for as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and receive it in a portable format. Write to [contact email]. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or the authority where you live.
Cookies and browser storage
We only use what the Service needs to work, so no consent banner is required. Nothing is used for advertising or tracking.
